受广东醒狮非物质文化遗产代表性传承人卢浩生师傅委托，广州日报记者小麦远赴印度尼西亚棉兰，探访“00后”舞狮教练林金福，了解醒狮如何在东南亚扎根并不断发展。

Since September, the dance drama Awakening Lion has toured Southeast Asia, setting off a Southern Lion Dance craze overseas. “Where there are Chinese communities, there are Southern Lion Dances.” In Indonesia, Southern Lion dancers can always be seen leaping at major festivals and celebrations.
Entrusted by Lu Haosheng, a representative inheritor of Guangdong Southern Lion Dance as intangible cultural heritage, Apprentice Mai, a Guangzhou Daily reporter traveled to Medan, Indonesia, to meet Lim Kim Hok, a post-2000 lion dance coach, and explore how Southern Lion Dance took root and grew in Southeast Asia.
